Installed after washing and drying, it transforms post-consumer PET flakes into high-value R-PET pellets suitable for bottles, food packaging, preforms, thermoforming sheet and technical applications. The continuous process begins by pre-crystallizing flakes in a vacuum hopper that uses friction heat for efficient drying and prevention of yellowing. The material then passes through the extrusion and decolorization system, while a three-stage Roots vacuum system removes residual moisture, volatiles and odors.
