This policy describes the commercial warranty offered for URSTAG equipment.
1. Coverage
We provide a commercial warranty for the machine body and for critical mechanical and electrical components (frame, motors, drives, automation, control system). Components from established suppliers are also covered by their manufacturer's warranty, per its terms. The exact warranty duration is specified in each equipment's quote and contract.
2. What is covered
We cover, free of charge, manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions, including service labor. Original spare parts are supplied throughout the warranty period, and intervention is carried out through our local partners across Europe.
3. What is not covered
Excluded are failures caused by: improper use, physical damage, electrical surges, unauthorized repairs, failure to perform recommended maintenance, use of non-approved consumables, or unsuitable environmental conditions (excessive moisture or dust).
4. Warranty procedure
To activate the warranty, contact us through the contact form or at info@urstag.com, with the equipment serial number, purchase invoice and a description of the problem. We intervene as quickly as possible through local partners, depending on location.
5. Technical support
We provide free technical support throughout the equipment's lifetime, via the contact form or email, regardless of warranty status.
