This policy describes the conditions for delivering URSTAG equipment across Europe.
1. Delivery terms
The delivery time depends on the configuration and component availability and is calculated from order confirmation and advance payment. The estimated timeline is confirmed in the written quote sent to the customer.
2. Transport
Delivery is made DAP (Delivered at Place), to the buyer's location indicated in the contract. We arrange transport by sea, land or a combination, with the cost either included in the offer or invoiced separately, as applicable.
3. Goods reception
On delivery, check the condition of the packaging and the equipment. Any visible damage must be recorded in the reception report and reported within 7 calendar days.
4. Installation and commissioning
Transport, installation, commissioning and operator training are included and carried out at your site, through local technical partners, in your language.
