This policy explains the conditions for returns and handling of nonconformities for URSTAG equipment.
1. Made-to-order products
URSTAG equipment is manufactured to order, in the contracted configuration. As such, it falls under the exception to the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by Directive 2011/83/EU for personalized goods made to the customer's specifications.
2. Manufacturing defects
If the equipment shows nonconformities on delivery, notify us within 7 calendar days through the contact form or at info@urstag.com, with photos and a description of the problem. Resolution is handled through repair, replacement or a financial settlement, per the warranty policy.
3. Order cancellation
Cancellations made before production begins incur no penalties. After production begins, cancellation follows the contractual terms, with deductions proportional to the production stage at the time of cancellation.
4. Procedure
For any return or nonconformity request, contact us through the contact form or at info@urstag.com. We respond within 5 business days at most.
