Key features

Decent working conditions

an enclosed cabin, properly lit, ventilated and climate-controlled, because manual sorting in a dusty, smelly hall cannot be done well or for long.

It catches what the machines miss

textiles, hazardous items, plastic types the optical sorter cannot yet reliably tell apart: this is where they leave the flow.

It raises final purity

Product description

In a modern plant the machines do most of the work. But there are always objects the automation does not catch: a black plastic the sensor cannot read, a hazardous item that has no business being in the flow, a textile that slipped in among the recyclables. This is where…

Municipal waste

Municipal waste sorting plants, from the bag to recoverable material

Household waste arrives mixed and bagged. A sorting plant opens it, screens it into size fractions, separates the light material from the heavy one and extracts metals, plastic, paper and glass. We configure complete lines and also supply the individual machines, from the bag opener and trommel screen through to the magnetic and eddy current separators, the optical sorters and the balers.
