The copper cable recycling line recovers copper from waste cables at around 99% purity through a dry process, without wastewater. Cables enter whole or pre-shredded, are crushed into small granules, and the separators split copper from PVC or rubber by weight and electrical conductivity in a continuous automated flow. A single PLC-controlled system yields two sellable products: copper granules and PVC granules. The modular design allows choosing the right capacity for the volume, from a few hundred kilograms to several tons per hour, and later expansion with additional stages.
